I was raised in Middle Georgia where I currently live with my wife and two daughters. After attending The University of Georgia, I earned my Masters of Social Work from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
I became interested in the impact of traumatic stress during my undergraduate studies when I worked as a Lifeguard for The Methodist Home. I later worked for The Methodist Home for 12 years serving in a variety of leadership positions. Additionally, I had a private practice focusing on the treatment of trauma, depression, and stress-related disorders.
I currently serve as President/CEO of Wesley Glen Ministries, Inc., a non-profit agency serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You can visit our website at www.wesleyglenministries.com
